Go Fish Finale!

Before we left I convinced my boys to stand still for a few photos.  I love these two so much and I love that they love being silly with each other!

 

Go Fish Simulators

The boys favorite part of the Go Fish Center was by far the fishing simulators.  There was a fresh water and a saltwater one and they definitely gave your arms a workout!  I even tried the saltwater one and got quite excited to "land" a big ole fish!

 

Go Fish Exhibits

After touring the outdoor aquariums we headed inside to check out the indoor exhibits.  We loved looking at all the fish!  My boys were in heaven and took great joy in telling me which ones were on their wish list to catch.

 

 

This was one of the most interesting exhibits.  You spun the wheel and rain fell from the clouds complete with thunder.  As the rain hit the display, you could see how the water runs down the flood plains to the ocean.

 

 

Then it was off to see the baby tanks and the hatchery.  We also read about some of Georgia's record catches.

 

 

There were also several cases filled with antique fishing lures.

 

Go Fish Aquariums

After we finished with our lesson on water conservation, we went on a guided tour of the beautiful outdoor aquariums!  They have done an amazing job recreating pond/lake/river life in Georgia and we really enjoyed touring the grounds!
