Spring Break: Atlanta Bound

Our final April field trip was an overnight one to Atlanta.  We had planned to visit the Botanical Gardens and the Renaissance Festival but the weather had other ideas!  We still had a great time, got to visit our fabulous aunts, and went to the aquarium which was amazing!  The first stop on our trip was in Macon to visit with Aunt Esther.  While there the boys' practiced their photography skills.

Thanksgiving 2010

On Thanksgiving Day, we made our annual trip to Macon to visit with all my aunts, uncles, and cousins.  We had tons of delish food, lots of catching up, and of course many, many photos.

Our family continues to grow and it was wonderful to meet the newest addition to our family, Charles Kirby.  And Grandma Dot & PaPa Kirby were thrilled to show him off.

Thanksgiving 2009, Part 2

Thanksgiving tradition dictates that we spend part of the afternoon taking our annual family photos. As we have grown over the years, family pictures have become a somewhat humorous affair...I mean when you have TEN kids under the aged 7 and under and Uncle Marc trying to make them smile with his silly voices, then your going to have some laughs. Family photos were even more special this year since it was the first time in a while that we got to have everyone in the same place at the same time! Yea us!!!

Thanksgiving 2009, Part 1

We celebrated Thanksgiving at Aunt Esther & Uncle Donnie's home in Macon, GA. We've been celebrating at their house for at least the past eight years, and every year it gets better and better. The past several years it seems that someone is always missing, but we were very blessed this year to have everyone present and accounted for. We've grown quite a bit since Trey's first Thanksgiving in 2002...back then he was the only little one, this year we had TEN! We have so much to be thankful for...starting with FAMILY!
