This spring the Jacksonville Zoo had a special DinoAlive exhibit. We didn’t have time to see it during Trey’s class trip to the zoo so it was THE exhibit he was most looking forward to when we visited during spring break.
The setup was wonderful We walked around the “jungle” on a dirt path never knowing what was around the next corner! It was loads of fun and only slightly scary:-)
Jesse was none too enthusiastic about having his photo taken with T-Rex! On the other hand, T-Rex didn’t both Hinson one bit!
All of the dinosaurs were robotic. We exited the exhibit through the gift shop where the boys were excited to see the actual “workings” of the robotic dinos!
Hinson wasn’t sure what to think about this T-Rex!
After digging in the dirt for fossils it was time to move on to our next adventure…
