Last Saturday, February 18th, our school held their 5th annual auction. Our kindergarten through 5th grade students performed a couple of numbers from “Down on the Creek Bank” and as always did a fabulous job!
Trey had a little part where he “demonstrated” echoes. He would say, “Just look at that valley down there. HELLO!!!” And another student (who was hiding) would echo back, “HELLO!” This repeated with a big rock and then a mountain. Except the mountain didn’t echo back. After trying a couple of times, the student who had been hiding and doing the echoes came out and said, “Chris, I can’t climb up that big mountain! Someone STOLE the ladder!!!” It was a funny scene and Trey really got into his part! And of course he did a fantastic job!
